Mike grew up in Houston working in his family's commercial moving company, Corporate Relocators, and later became its Vice President of Sales. He managed relationships with C-suite clients on office projects from 10,000 to 500,000 square feet. While there, he built the company's CRM and AI-driven outbound systems from scratch. That work taught him what turns a website visitor into a signed client.

Today Mike is a founding agent of the commercial division at a Houston Keller Williams office, covering leasing, tenant rep, investment sales and land. He also invests in small bay industrial and flex properties, with hands-on involvement in commercial real estate developments and investments from funding through due diligence to close. He builds the same AI tools he uses in his own business, for deal sourcing, comps, valuations and investor materials.
