Privacy
Plain language, no fine print. Here's what happens with what you send me.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
When you send a form on this site, I collect what you type in: your name and email, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, business name and message.
If you ask for a free deal review, I also collect the link you send and any PDF you upload.
Each form also records the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, from an ad or an email). Your browser keeps these for the length of your visit so they can be attached to your message.
I use your information to reply to you and to do the work you asked for, like a deal review or a quote. The page and campaign details tell me which parts of the site and which ads are working.
Form messages are saved in a secure database run by my website platform.
Uploaded PDFs are stored privately. They are never posted publicly, and I only use them for the review you requested. The download link I receive expires after 7 days.
To stop spam, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address when you upload a file or use the free headline tool on the Work page. It can't be read back as your IP address, and it's only used to limit how many uploads and tries come from one place.
When you send a form, I get an email notification with your message. That email is sent through an email delivery provider.
The site also collects basic visit statistics, like page views and which site sent you, so I can see how people find it.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
To see, correct or delete the information I have about you, email hello@mbdigitalhq.com. I'll take care of it and confirm when it's done.
