Website Care Plans for Small Businesses

A website care plan is a monthly plan where I keep your site updated, fix what breaks, keep improving how you show up in Google and AI answers, and send you a short report each month on where your business appears.

What's included

What a care plan covers.

Content and page updates

New photos, services, prices, hours, team members or reviews. Send me the change and I make it, so your site never says something that stopped being true.

Fixes

Broken links, forms that stop sending, pages that look off on a new phone. I find and fix them, often before a customer notices.

Google and AI search improvements

I keep tuning page titles, descriptions, service pages and the behind-the-scenes code that helps Google and AI tools like ChatGPT understand who you are and where you work.

AI tool updates

If I built you an AI tool or workflow, I keep its answers, scripts and connections current as your business and the technology change.

Monthly visibility report

A short report on where your business shows up in Google and in AI answers, what changed this month and what I plan to work on next.

The report

See where you show up, every month.

Most owners have no idea whether their website is working until the phone goes quiet. The monthly report fixes that. It shows which Google searches your site appears for, whether AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers mention your business when someone asks the questions your customers ask, and how that changed since last month.

It's written in plain words, not a spreadsheet dump. Each report ends with the one or two things I think will help most next month, so you always know what you're paying for.

Why it matters

Websites don't stay finished.

Search engines and AI tools keep changing how they pick results. Your business keeps changing too: new services, new prices, new photos, new reviews. A site that sits untouched for a year starts to say the wrong things, and it slowly drops behind competitors who keep theirs current.

A care plan keeps both sides in step. Your site stays accurate, and someone is watching how you show up and doing something about it each month.

How it works

Four steps to a site that stays current.

  1. 01

    Quick review

I look at your site, how it shows up in Google and AI answers today and what needs attention first.

  2. 02

    Agree on what's covered

We set what the plan includes and the monthly price, based on your site and how often things change.

  3. 03

    Send changes any time

Email me updates as they come up. I make them and let you know when they're live.

  4. 04

    Monthly report

Each month you get your visibility report and the next steps I recommend.

Proof

What a well-kept site can do.

Corporate Relocators is a Houston commercial moving company. I rebuilt their site with service pages, service areas, past projects and the technical SEO behind it. Since the new site went live in April, it has brought in 25+ website leads, and as of October 2026 it ranks #1 on Google for "commercial movers houston". Keeping a site like that accurate and visible is exactly what a care plan is for.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Is a care plan required?+

No. Your site is yours either way, including the $300 one-page site. A care plan is optional, and you can add it any time.

Can you take care of a site you didn't build?+

Often, yes. Send me the link and I'll tell you what I can work with. Some site builders limit what can be changed, and I'll be upfront if that's the case.

What's in the monthly visibility report?+

Where your site shows up in Google searches, whether AI answers mention your business for the questions your customers ask, what changed this month and what I plan to work on next.

What isn't covered?+

Bigger projects like new sections, extra pages, new connections or new AI tools. I quote those separately before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

How much does a care plan cost?+

It's priced to your site, based on how many pages you have, how often things change and which AI tools I keep running. You'll know the price before anything starts.

Keep your site working for you.

Send your site link and what you'd like kept up. I'll reply within one business day.
